Workers' Compensation

Workers' compensation is a state-required benefit system that provides medical and disability payments for employees who suffer an occupational injury or illness in the course and scope of their employment. All BYU employees are covered by this system. Workers’ compensation benefits are the exclusive remedy for covered injuries or illnesses.
