Insurance Certificates

When other entity requires proof of insurance from BYU: the easiest and quickest way is to obtain a Memorandum of Insurance. The second option is to make a request for an insurance certificate.

When BYU requires proof of insurance from someone else: use the ConfirmNet system. Some entities wanting to do business or otherwise interact with BYU don’t have insurance for an activity. It is possible to purchase the necessary insurance with a Tenant s and Users Liability Insurance Policy
