Who is required to take the Forklift Class?
This course is required for all employees who will be driving
BYU forklifts. A refresher course is required by OSHA each year.
What will I learn in the Forklift Class?
- Forklift Etiquette
- Safe Driving Skills
- Forklift Rules and Regulations
How can I get information on the Forklift Class?
The Forklift class in on an as need basis, so you will need to
call 422-7881 to set up a time. The classroom section is 1 ½
hours long and the driving section (optional) is about 10 minutes
per person. If you need a driving section you will need to supply
a forklift, an empty pallet and an area to do the test in.
